1060 offers more performance but in AAA titles there could be VRAM limits so u wouldnt max out some games. On the other side you would get higher FPS.

Well imma play world of warcraft, and i dont think it requires that much VRAM, just want to play it maxed out ;d

Then you will be fine. If u happen to play other games u just dont max out completely, noy a big deal. 1060 destroys 470 anyway.

U can watch reviews. Jayz2cents did all his tests on Evga mint amd temps were very decent. Also Elric from Techoftomorrow did his review recently. So lool around and decide for yourself. 

 

I personally feel safer with 2 fans (even if temp difference is small) and card also looks better that way :D . Not sure anyone mentioned noise levels.
