Using Parallel to Benchmark Windows on Mac playing PC Games

The Verge Just put on an article about Parallels 12 be able to run multiple instances of windows on MacOS Sierra. The review said it is done on Macbook Air, and also includes screenshot of Overwatch running on one of the windows instances, but there are no fps or overhead benchmark done. Would it be possible for LTT to make a video about these benchmarks

You will never get the same performance in graphics through virtualization compared to running natively. Hardware acceleration doesn't work quite as well, and last time I checked there were shader problems in many games.

 

Interesting as a story as it might be, I don't see the purpose of doing so when Macs can actually boot into Windows.
