Does it fit in?

Go to solution Solved by TheRandomness,

mATX is a standard. Any mATX board should fit in that case.

Hi LTT commuity,

during a office PC upgrade I encountered a Problem with the size of mainboards:

Old Mainboard: https://www.amazon.de/Asus-P8H67-M-Pro-Rev-3-0-Mainboard/dp/B004O9WT16

The product information says, the dimensions are 40 x 25 x 6cm But the maninboard is square! Are those wrong??

The following Problem: Because I can't be sure whether the dimensions are right, I dont know if the new micro ATX board I want to put in fits.

New motherboard: https://www.amazon.de/Asus-H110M-C-Mainboard-Sockel-Speicher/dp/B015Y0QYP0/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1474990036&sr=8-1&keywords=h110m-c

...with the dimensions 35 x 30 x 6 cm

Current case is the picture attaced to this post.

I hope it will work (or there is an alternative mainboard), because logically every micro ATX board should fit in a micro ATX case...or am I wrong?

Hope you understand my problem,

JP

From the ASUS specification page of the P8H67-M PRO. Looks like whoever listed it on Amazon messed up the sizes...
