e5700 is weak for games like GTA V / BF1.

If your motherboard support core2quad Chips, i'd recommend getting any core2quad Q6600 or Q9xxx pair with GTX 750Ti.
There will be bottleneck ofc, but that can be fixed by overclocking your CPU.

will i3 series do ? q6600 is not in my budget and how to overclock CPU ?

No. Whatever your motherboard is (which you didn't mention, btw), it will not be compatible with Core i CPUs.

a q6600 is like 30$, how is that not in your budget? My phenom struggles in gta5 with a 750ti but does do the job. I think they are similar to the q6600 performance according to a cpu boss etc. so id say find out if your board can take one an if it can throw 30$ at a q6600 an oc it if you can.

No. These are the ones your mobo supports (make sure to update the BIOS to the latest version!)

Minimum cpu requirement for battlefield 1 is an i5 6600k/fx 6350, and for GTA V it is a q6600.

You should be expecting 30fps at 1080p, and possibly 60fps at 720p, and most likely less for battlefield 1.

If you want to play AAA games for cheap get a console, a 750ti is the bare minimum to play these games, and newer games will most likely require even more power.

Ok, still NZ prices and listings won't help import costs will be tremendous, no clue why @RS2007GOD converted the price to USD then.

=> you cannot play high end games on a 750ti ..... sell your old pc and build new pc ....

=> you can play gtaV on a 750ti 40-50fps but on very low settings.

=> don't get me wrong you will be able to play many games on 750ti but not latest, u can play older games at good settings and games like cs:go and dota 2 at good settings and dual core cpu won't be that big of a bottleneck in such games ..... buying used pc components is difficult in india but u can try .....
