Having an odd issue with a storage drive - 

 

I get 100% usage on one of my storage drives on the smallest of reads/writes.

Windows 10 - no windows services on this drive. Just steam games that aren't load-time sensitive or games I rarely play.

 

Windows disk check shows no errors, and 0% fragmented.

Any info would be fantastic.

Also looking at that access time... like... 1 second if this isn't a software issue it might be the drive, cable or I don't know what else

try a different port (and cable if you can)

will do - thanks

Will also try on a linux machine.

 

If all fails, i guess i'll go grab another drive and hope to migrate
