I'm building my own gaming pc and i want to see if this is compatible.

Mobos: AsRock z97 Anniversary

CPU: Intel core i5-4690k

GPU: MSI Gtx 1060 gaming x 3gb

SSD: Samsung 750 EVO

PSU: Corsair CX450M 450W

RAM: Corsair vengence dd3 8gb

Please tell me any tips/recommendation Thanks

May I ask why are you building a Haswell machine rather than a Skylake one? Also, why a 750 EVO rather a cheaper and more modern SSD... or even, no SSD at al so that you can invest into other more important things?

A friend of mine recommended the chip to me because I want to get into overclocking and the 4690 fits my budget, as to the ssd, I only heard of the samsungs Any other recommendation of any components is welcome, please help me make this setup better! Thanks

You could go for a newer Samsung. Why not go for a skylake 6600K? Should be around the same price. I recommend using PCPartPicker, makes life much easier.
