Yes, they are universal are they? I got Logitech K330.

I think I figured out a "hack" as the hipsters say.

USB hub with port switches and then buy some m-to-m usb cables. But I'd need two cables on the input. Be rare. Custom job would be easy though.

Then that allows me to turn off one port, and leave the other port on.

 

Another idea

Need a F-F cable for the Tx/Rx key, then hub with its Male to multiple F ports and corresponding switches, then two M-M for the computer side. So its working the hub in reverse.
