They are saying, once you remove your GPU from the motherboard, the only other options to plug your monitor into will be on the motherboard. Such as a DVI or VGA connection. @LittleBoone

Get a replacement? Is the card under warranty?

and that is why ps4 is better than pc. I wasted tons of money and look at the results. what a waste os money.

Any electronic can fail. The 970 was released in 2014 and should still be under warranty if you bought it new. If you bought it second-hand, you should've already known the risks in doing so.
