UK Network Choice

So at the end of this year I need a new phone and im getting the iPhone 7 Plus. My minimum term on my contract with Three UK is 27/12 and my early upgrade is 20/11. My biggest descision now is whether I wait till December to change networks or just upgrade in november and stay on three. I live in Cumbria and was wondering if anyone can help with my choice.
