Cablecard TV Tuner Troubleshooting

I have an older Ceton InfiniTV PCIe TV tuner card and I'd like to use it in my Windows 10 PC alongside my dual tuner ATSC PCIe card.  I have the cablecard from Comcast/Xfinity (or at least the one they gave me a few years ago) and I have the ATSC card already working in ArcSoft TotalMedia 3.5.  Both cards are installed with drivers and Device Manager has them installed and correctly identified.
Admittedly, I am mystified by the setup process for XBMC, which I'm guessing is what I'll need to slog through in order to get this working.  Windows Media Center's absence in Win10 is a real pain in the ass for me.  TotalMedia doesn't recognise the cablecard card, and I'd like to be able to get all the channels I can across the 2 ATSC, and (supposedly) 4 HD cable tuners in the Ceton card as I can.
Anyone got ideas or help??

bumping this again because I've had some success getting WMC running on Win10, and the Ceton InfiniTV 4 is recognized by the system, but now I have this:

"Your graphics card or driver doesn't support content protection."
My 1070 doesnt have HDCP???  LIES.

Someone out there has got to know media center PCs...

I ran into the same thing with a Rx 480.  It's not because your 1070 doesn't support HDCP, it's because it's too new to be on the approved hardware list.  In order for Ceton to get a license and approval from Cablelabs they had to ensure that their tuner would only work with approved hardware to prevent piracy.  I ended up just swapping the 480 with my son's R9 280 and it works but there may be a update or other workaround.

Well, I could put my old 550Ti in another slot, but that would mean for the Ceton card/tuners I'd have to use a display connected to the 550Ti and not the display I already have connected to the 1070, wouldn't it?
