Windows Firewall Permissions??!!

So I went onto my desktop this morning to find that windows firewall keeps asking for permission for everything.... 

 

I have checked settings and they are all as they should be.

 

I've added all the programs to the allow list and assigned the correct permission to each yet every time I open for example chrome I get the annoying pop up from windows firewall to allow permission on my network. 

 

It's driving me mad especially when launching games etc.

 

Has anyone encountered this before? 

 

I'm beginning to suspect that it is a fault with windows and not the firewall itself...

Maybe it's conflicting with other security programs that have firewall aswell?

I don't have any other firewall programs installed

No i use Windows firewall and Windows defender

My firewall is doing this too, started a couple days ago.

Maybe there was a update form Windows thats screws you?
