GPU fatal error

So when i play just cause 3 after about 5 mins it stops working and a error comes up saying fatal gpu loop or something along the lines of that! What is it and is it bad?

16gb Corsair vengeance 2666mhz

MSI Gaming X 1070

WD blue 2tb

samsung 850 evo 250gb

EVGA supernova G2 650w

Too much overclock? Bad driver? Bad power supply?

What GPU are we talking about? Does it occur in other games?

Not overclocked. possible but there are no new updates. evga 650 g2 psu so i should be good. GTX 1070 msi. nope
