PC freezes

Well, I installed an old, but functional GTX 260, till I manage to buy a better, newer card. I've cleaned it, put new thermal paste, but all of a sudden, my PC freezes in game, while browsing. There are like 0.5 seconds freezes, but annoying, especially in-game.

AMD Athlon X3 450 unlocked to AMD Phenom II X4 B50 3.2 ( Which works perfectly, but it my be the cause of freezes, but the PC worked perfectly fined with an 9800GT)

ASRock 970PRO3 R2.0

Kingstone Dual-Channel 4GB RAM (2x2GB)

160GB Western Digital HDD

Segotep Frozen Tower T2+ 

Nvidia Geforce GTX 260 896MB

NO NO, the pc freezes, I mean i can't press anything, and then, after 1 sec, a beep comes from bios, like I pressed all the buttons at once. Also, I am playing Single Player games, not only MP.

I'd guess a driver issue. If the PC worked fine with a different GPU, those drivers could be clashing with the current one. Remove all of the GPU drivers and reinstall the new ones again.
