Recommend me a case that won't block a Noctua NH-D15 from the top fans or from the side panel and is under $230

I love my NZXT source 530, if you can still get them. It is a full tower with lots of features and sturdily constructed for a good price.

There are specification's for pc cases you can read up on, refering to CPU cooler hieght

Ya definitely it has a lot of room inside. It is a full tower case.

Carbide Series Air 740 High have loads of space, i didn't look up exact specs, but looks like it should fit. (although it is a big case, )

NZXT H440 or Noctis 450, both same internals but Noctis has a sexier look IMO. Both pretty damn quiet and sexy as well.

Thats a sexy looking build, im not big on colored LED but that looks good.

It's a picture from a review, but I'm getting exact same setup in less than two weeks White, windowed Phanteks Eclipse P400 with 1M Phanteks LED strip, I've got three blue LED 120mm fans, so if I combine them with the pink-ish LED strip lights (I'm gonna set it like in the picture) it should give a cool ultraviolet-ish effect.
