Windows Startup Problem

i updated windows 10 and it had been stuck on the white spinning thing with a black screen. i read some things online saying i should disconnect my peripherals and all usb devices and it still was stuck. i disconected my gpu and it worked is there a fix to this? if my gpu is in there it is stuck at the loading screen but when i use my integrated graphics it works.
