Hi, welcome to the forums.

 

I assume this is the board?

If so that is not brand new and about ten years old, and according to intel's website will only have support for a pentium 4/D. 

 

It is a BTX board, you will have to find a BTX case which will most likely have to be an old dell, hp, or other prebuilt case.

 

The heatsink will have to fit lga 775. 

Somehing like this should work for an lga 775 socket.
