Are these components compatible?

Go to solution Solved by Gonio,

All seems fine and should work. If you are looking for a good cooler that is also good enough to be used for OCing in the future get a Scythe Fuma. It fits in your case and also gives ample headroom for OCing since it is a high end aircooler in league with the better Noctua's but for a good price.

Also you probably don't need it, but you can go 16 GB RAM just incase. Overall would say 8GB is enough, but you never know. With 16 nothing to worry about.

I`m getting a new PC and have done a lot of research, I would like to know from someone a bit more experienced than me if everything here will work. Tnx!

Here are the specs (not including HDD or SSD):

Corsair Obsidian 450D, Midi Tower, Windowed, Black, E-ATX    (Case)

MSI Z170A TOMAHAWK, LGA1151, Intel Z170 Chipset, ATX     (Motherboard)

Intel Skylake Core i5-6600K, 3.50GHz, Quad Core, LGA1151    (CPU)

Cooler Master Hyper T4, with 120mm PWM Fan                        (CPUCooler)

Kingston HyperX Fury, 8GB Kit, DDR4-2133, CL14, Black          (RAM)

Cooler Master B, 600w (Version 2)                                              (Powersupp.)

MSI GeForce GTX 1060 GAMING X 6G, 6GB                             (GPU)

I would get a better power supply. The Cooler Master B series isn't that good for this sort of setup. I would look at anything from XFX (Apart from the XT), Seasonic, SuperFlower, Antec HCG or EVGA (G2,GS,B2,GQ). Or look at one of the psu lists in the power supply section.

Also try and get some faster ram as Skylake can make use of it. A 2666MHz kit would do fine.
