Wireless Earbud Help!

So my headset broke, and i needed a quick replacer for now, and i got these wireless earbuds... now ive had wireless headphones before, but those had a main "hub" or something that was plugged into the pc and connected the headset... this just skips that and only has a charger, and the earbuds... Does anyone have a clue what to do? (manual only says what the buttons do).

nevermind everyone, my mobo does not have bluetooth, sorry for the thread, is a mod could take this thread down, that would be great.
