What are the rest of your specs, and what are you looking for in terms of capability?

 

mostly gaming with some video editing not alot tho

 

currently i have

 

gigbyte 990xa ud3

 

sli gtx560 ti

 

850w psu

 

coolermaster haf xb

 

h100 soon to be h220

If I was you I'd just stick with what you already have, ignore the FX-9590, you'll probably end up burning your CPU power delivery out

unless you want to go intel, keep the processor you have really not worth getting the 9590 in my opinion. 

 i7 2600k , XFX R9 270x  , Corsair cx 500 ,  asrock z77 extreme 3 , 8 gb ripjaws x 1600 , 1 tb WD blue, Cooler master Haf 912

how does this happen ?

 

The FX-9590 was only sold as an OEM originally because AMD didn't want people burning out their boards, the 9590 requires a lot of power
