Its probably a slight issue with power delivery on the gpu. Its nothing to worry about. Nothing that will cause trully harmful issues in the future.

Its not because not enough power is sent to the gpu, its because of the capacitors used in the power delivery system of the gpu is not top notch. There is no way to change this except from a RMA. But, it is not garanteed that a RMA would change anything. So if you dont have any other issue with the graphics card, I would not do anything except if the sound is really load and annoying.
