Just unfinished building. My MSI Gaming M5 mob is giving me a "37" on the POST indicator, in the manual it says " Early North Bridge Initilzaiton ". However,r it boots to the BIOS and stuff and says thae message about operating system not installed, so it seems fine? Is this a problem?

Well my best guess is that its something to do with your RAM, most likely could be solved by reseating them.

 

The worst thing that I see happening if you continue after it gave that error code is some memory errors later on, tbh I dont think its anything that serious

So this isn't anything? But isn't the point of a test bench to clear POST? If it's not clearing post surely i'm going to get some really bad errors?
