Thats a bit out of my budget , any other good ones?

The XFX GTR is one of the better RX 480s when it comes to cooling. (not the RS, that's pretty bad).

The Asus Strix has by far the best PCB design and the cooler is good, but Asus put a low temp target (65C) which results in excessive noise. If you want to tweak the fan curve and temp targets it can be a cool and quiet card. Probably your best bet if you are going to overclock.

The Nitro is okay, if you don't mind it being noisy and hitting about 75-77C. It doesn't have much headroom for overclocking since it's running at 1342 MHz out of the box.

Avoid Gigabyte - cheap PCB components and runs very hot due to the inefficient cooler.

Powercolor Red Devil should also be avoided if you are overclocking, it uses very cheap VRMs that are worse than the reference ones.
