help First time build would like constructive help!

Hey everyone, I'm looking for a build to get me 60+ fps high-ultra in games. I've worked very hard on this list refining it with my rather small knowledge of computer parts and a lot of research. My budget is 650-660 USD, I need to keep the wifi. But anything else I'm willing to change, just wanting the best bang for my buck build I can get. (Poor college student, etc etc.)

Seems like it'll work just fine. However, if you can spare another 20 bucks, you could get a 1x8GB stick, leaving another slot for expansion if you need it.

I think i'm going to wait on the 8gb of ram till November, I'll probably snag some ram and an SSD during Cyber Monday.

get an SSD as soon as you can. makes a world of difference.
