Over clocking a 6600k

I am going to be upgrading my pc soon and I have chosen the 6600k and the hyper 212 evo. I don't currently have them, but with that cooler what sort of speed am I looking at. Something between 4.0 and 4.5ghz?

Something between 4 and 4.5Ghz? Sure, that is a very wide margin. 4Ghz is guaranteed, so if you can live with that, anything more if profit.

4.5 GHz should be easy to reach at good voltages, you'll more likely be looking at a max of 4.7-5.0, and if you're really lucky maybe above 5.0, but that's not realistic.

Such Crystalball question... you'll likely get 4.2, maybe 4.3 if you are lucky. Don't expect more than that, though.
