Can someone link me up to a Coaxial cable that is rated for outdoor use on amazon cant seem to find any myself....

Any RG6 rated cable is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use just make sure the connectors are solid brass or plated ones.

pretty much any coax you can buy by the roll is at least good enough for outdoor usage.

if you're doing long runs, i do recommend getting a thicker coax than standard, because signal decreases quite fast.

In general they won't have any issues as long as your not burying them into the ground, those ideally should be in a conduit or be rated as direct burial. Most will have a ground wire which usually means it can be used as direct burial.

my ISP (that's slightly mental) recommends you do hardwired (as in, a cable in the wall, spliced into an outlet) runs with a decent thickness solid core coax. it actually makes quite the difference on quality compared to the thin soft core crap we used to put in our walls before the internet came about xD

in all honesty, any cable you put in any wall or ground should be in a conduit, if i ever come around to building my own druglord mansion, i'll have cable conduits everywhere, the advantages of conduits simply outweigh any argument against them.

Yes that is always true for underground cables, but most don't especially with coax where most ISP's here at least, directly bury it a few inches under the grass which inventively leads to someone cutting it when they do some landscaping at times.

i'll drop in a little example:

my grandpa had to upgrade one of his coax cables a few years back because the old one was put in when he first got cable TV and simply no longer provided the needed signal quality(my grandpa was that guy in town that had every new thing first, great family stories about the mayor coming over to his living room to watch a VHS xD)

now, someone in the 1960s was very clever, and put the (stupidly long) cable in a conduit. as a result he could simply tape an end of the new cable to an end of the old cable, and pull it trough in one go, resulting in basicly a 30 minute process of what would otherwise be an afternoon of drilling holes.

in another example, when my dad built the house we currently live in, clever dad put in an extra conduit with nothing but a steel wire to every room. (our house was built in the days of dialup)

fast forward to the days of gigabit ethernet, and a son that really wants his screaming fast gaming rig (HD5770 :D) connected with a wire, it's as simple as splicing the steel wire into one side of the UTP cable (S/FTP in my case, because we had a spool left over from work), some tape, and just pull it trough in one go. then cut, splice both ends, and good to go.

i've been recently considering to do some pulling back and forth to replace my single ethernet cable with 2 or 3 cables so i have more lines to play around with.
