Soo, I'm not sure what it is I downloaded, I think it might have been a mod for GTA that I downloaded from a shady looking site, but obviously, I still downloaded it, however I keep on getting this message pop up, and sometimes google chrome rechanges my home page to google.sa.

Anyway, do you know how to fix this?

well normally what i would do is figure out the name of the virus, the profile and start removing it manually via files, ntfs tricks and registry editing.

For simple ways use an anti virus, if it still wont go away than you gotta trust someone like myself to take a look at your PC.

I would've though Windows Defender would've actively taken care of it as it does everything else, I will do a scan and see if it fixes it.

windows defender is not an anti virus. Its part of windows firewall and windows firewall cant stop trojans.

Its removed plenty of labelled Trojans and "quarantined" them.

Yeesh first things first  a PC user needs is knowledge in anti virus. Get Panda Antivirus, then Malwarebytes to scan for any malware on your computer.

Get a free trial of Malware Bytes if you don't have the money now. It's a great AV for the time being as all you need to do is get rid of some viruses.

Quarantined doesn't mean removed. Get a free trial of Malwarebytes and completely get rid of them.

A virus is a type of malware -_-. Get your facts right. Also, he wants to get rid of a Trojan, which isn't a virus at all. (A Trojan is a a type of malware and is different from a virus as it does not self-replicate and infect another computer, hence the name virus.)
