What is a good laptop that is under $400

Can some one help me find a good laptop that is under $400 so i don't have to save up for a long time to get a good laptop. It is ok if it is a tad bit over $400.

No VRAM because no discrete graphics card. Good laptop choice though.

I think i might go for this one.It has very good specs. The same as the other one that i was looking at that is a dell and the dell is 2 and a half  times as much as this and this is in my price range or this is another choice i might go for which is a lenovo thinkpad    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834317757 although i don't like buying refurbished things or maybe this dell http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834299263 but this is also refurbished. I'm not sure which one i want yet.
