1080p 144hz IPS?

        I am searching for a monitor because it's about time for an upgrade. I want to be able to play games at 144hz and watch 3D movies. However, the monitor I currently have is an IPS and I have fallen in love with the beautiful colors and wonderful viewing angles. I don't think I could stand the switch back to TN. So, I am looking for a nice 144hz IPS display. I found a couple but most of them are either incredibly expensive or are 1440p. So, if I buy one of the 1440p monitors then the purchase would be useless because I like playing at high frame rates and all I have is a GTX 970. I don't think it would cut it. So, I am wondering if anyone knows of a nice 1080p IPS 144hz monitor so that I can run my games at decent to high frame rates without having to buy a new gpu along with my new monitor. I'm looking for a price range of 200$ - 300$ I could go a little over but I would prefer not to.
