<$300 phone for India

Hi, I am getting a phone for my mother who is using a flip-phone. I would like it to be under $300 and the cheaper the better, but it doesn't have to be too cheap. It should also have a decent camera because she takes a lot of pictures. It also has to work in India even though I will buy it in the US. I am not sure if some phones don't work in India that are in the US. I was thinking of the Moto G. Any suggestions or advice? Thanks!

yes some phones from us might not work in because of different gsm bands don't know much about it but there can be a problem ..... smartphones are not that expensive in india compared to like pc parts except iPhone's .....

you can get the new moto g4 play for 9,000₹ (for 135$) in india
