20000 NOK. would like to keep it under that amount but pc parts are expensive in Norway

Aim

Gaming, web browsing 

Monitors

planing on bying a single 1080p 144Hz monitor now and adding two more later

Peripherals

I already have mouse and keyboard, need monitor and os

Why are you upgrading?

i currently only have a shit laptop that can barely run chrome (i have a LOT of tabs), and i have over time invested about 2500 $USD in games on steam that i would like to be able to play.
