Witcher 3 Stops Working when playing through TV from a laptop

Forgo What the setting is called but take the screen off of duplicate so it's just the to screen and u should be fine

So, I've set my laptop to my TV so my GF can play Witcher 3, but whenever she fast travels or there's a cutscene, the tv just shows a frozen frame when loading, only fix is to unplug the HDMI cable end re-plug it again afterwards, but this is a huge hassle... Any fix for this? other than this it runs perfectly! Does the same thing in Skyrim :/ ... Could it be the cable, or is there some specific setting I gotta change?

The monitor setting is just set to Duplicate, no issues with anything else but Skyrim and Witcher 3. It does the weird "Crash" on game startup, cutscenes and fast travel..

ANY HELP?! Would be greatly appreciated!
