I am currently at a loss, the system will not post.  The GPU CPU and the case fans power on.  The HDD powers on.  Ill start with the system specs:

AMD FX6300

Nvidia GTX 650ti

8GB Crucial Ballistix Sport

MSI 970 Gaming Mobo

Corsair CX430 GPU

I have tested the ram and GPU in another system so I know they are not the problem

I have tried a different PSU(from a working system)

I ordered a new MOBO and CPU still no luck, same issue.

I am completely lost here I have tried virtually every part and still come up with the same issue. Any help is appreciated. thanks.

Are the CPU/Mobo pins bent? Everything is plugged in properly? Will it boot BIOS or just not OS?

Tried running it out of the case? Could be something shorting out on the case.

The system is currently pulled out of the case.

Nope, everything looks visually fine.

I still dont understand what happens when you turn it on, do you see the boot splash screen or not?

The fans come on but the screen remains black. No boot screen, no bios screen. Its like there is no signal going to the monitor but as i said before i know its not the graphics card.

Bad ram?

Bent cpu pins? (check them all)

Dead cpu, or corrupt bios?

Recently done things with case (DIY) to create metal flakes, causing shorts?

Are you plugging the monitor into the Graphics card or the Motherboard?
