Lately i've noticed that my C drive is getting a bit too small. It's only a simple 128 GB SSD, and i'd like to upgrade it to a 256 GB one. However, how do i do this. Is it just as simple as 'swapping them out and reinstalling windows?' Or do i have to do more. I don't need to nessecarily keep all my data, as that is stored on another drive, a 1TB HDD.

Nah it should be that simple.

I edit my posts a lot.

You can use this program to create an identical copy of your current C drive on the 128GB on the new drive. My Kingston Savage SSD came with a code for the cloning feature and it works great. You will have to pay for it but the money is well spent. The software also can be used to backup your files to another drive entirely.
