Problem with Jawbone UP2

Making this post as short as possible, I got an UP2 Brand new off amazon in July. It worked perfectly up until September 9th, Normal day. wake up. i sync my sleep data... it worked fine.....Then at the end of the day nothing worked at all, So nothing would sync on my phone, plugging it on the charger, none of the lights turn on. I email Jawbone and they basically say gave me this copy pasted ''Clean the ports, Try a different usb outlet'' Not very helpful... I have finally had time to work on it now and when i plug it into the charger it brightly flashes the alert message light for like 3 seconds, Then slowly flashes the rest of them....But it won't connect to my phone at all.......Help?
