M32cd upgrades

Hello. I purchased an asus m32cd for my girlfriend and started upgrading it. I just need a graphics card now and I'm thinking of getting a gtx1080. Can I use this card in this system and if so can I OC it?

 

Specs before upgrades

I7 (to compensate for my small penis)

12 gigs of RAM

1tb had 8g ssd

350 psu

Chipset h110

 

Current upgrades

16 gigs of Hyper X Fury RAM

500gb samsung 850evo

Mastercooler hyper 212x 

Corsair mx650 psu
