So i came home to my computer today and when i turned it on it said somethig along the lines of System 32 could not be found os not loaded. Could this have anything to do with my recent reinstallation of windows? Or bitdefender and malwarebytes? Thanks in advance and i appreciate any help i can get.

Do you still have the disk? Try and repair the installation.

I do not i only have recovery disks from an old windows 7 computer i had. This one was windows 8 and i upgraded to 10.

Do you have a second PC on 10? If so, using the media creation tool from Microsoft, make a bootable drive and repair the install.

No. Although if you reinstall windows using a windows 7 disk, it will be 7. Just boot from the USB stick and select the option to repair windows. Don't do a full reinstall or remove your files.

When you create the boot media, I believe it will use the latest version of Windows. So anniversary. And (No offence, but) are you sure you know how installing an OS works? If you reinstall windows in the future, you can install any version you want as long as you have a disc/USB and a licence key for that version.
