PS3 Exclusives To Buy

So i just got a new ps4 as a gift and i have my ps3 lying around,

So wanted to play the games that are ps3 only and not available on the ps4,

The games can be remasters or collections as long as they are only within the ps3,

These days almost all games get a next-gen remaster so there are not much left that are exclusive on the PS3. Some that don't have remaster (for now) are Infamous 1 & Infamous 2.

Saints Row 2, but you can stream it with PS Now on either consoles, and it's also available for the Xbox 360 (and maybe the Xbox One since Microsoft AFAIK have kind of done a better job of backward compatibility than Sony has). Much to my chagrin, it does not have a remaster, and Volition Inc. hasn't bothered to sort out the bugs in that game for even PC, where it runs notoriously poorly.

 

Edit: Saints Row 2 isn't yet available for Xbox One (but it can stream games from your PC), if you care.

Would help to have what kind of games you enjoy. These days quite a few exclusives have already been ported to other systems or had their remasters to the PS4.

 

With that said...

-Metal Gear Solid the Legacy Collection (every single MG game up to MGS4 and Peace Walker HD)

-Infamous (1&2)

-Any Disgaea game if that strikes your fancy

-Ni no Kuni

-Kingdom Hearts I.5 and II.5 HD

-Yakuza 4 & 5

-Trails of Cold Steel (absolutely don't jump to the second one if you listen to me on this one. Also available on Vita)

There are a crap ton of JRPGs only on PS3. If you are into them, you got plenty to pick from.
