Probably should press F1 to run setup.  This will happen until you install an OS because the computer has nowhere to go unless you enter setup.

I think setup takes you to the mobo BIOS and you can do things like adjust fan settings, clock speeds of the CPU and RAM, hard drives etc etc but just install an OS and you should be fine.

Actually, That message appearing at each boot means the cmos battery might be going bad, the computer should NEVER loose contact with the cpu while the system is off or on for the matter,
