Missing standoffs

I bought the Fractal design core 2500 case and there was no standoffs i the little box. But my friend has some spare ones but theres still one missing, will it work When just one standoff is missing??

Yep. Just be aware that the motherboard may flex a little more when installing or removing it's power cables. And it may be slightly harder to mount squarely.

My friend only had 3 and my MOBO need max 6, will it still work?

The motherboard will work yes, but you will have to take care with the 4 or 8pin CPU power connector and the 24pin connector when inserting them. Try not to bend your motherboard. You can get metric tonnes of standoffs cheap though, and maybe Fractal will send you some if you bought the case brand new. Contact your retailer.
