I need it for recording audio for videos and stuff (gameplay) and in-game chat or Skype and stuff. 

My budget is $50

 

 

 

And will the Shure SE-215 be good for monitoring my voice as i record or would you recommended some other earphones.

Why do you want IEMs to monitor your voice? That's just distracting, in my experience. The only time I record with headphones on is when I need to pace myself with a backing track, and I use open headphones when I do that.

Eh, as long as your recording space is quiet, you can fix most things in editing. I use Adobe Audition. You'll sound more natural if you record yourself as you would speak normally.
