BSoD When Using ShadowPlay

Hello! I am getting a BSoD 0x116 error when turning on shadowplay and using an Aero theme(to capture desktop). Can anyone help me out please? Here's a pastebin of the minidump file http://pastebin.com/uS6uyKwu

It only happens when I turn on ShadowPlay to record desktop. I've been using OBS as an alternative but the quality isn't quite good enough compared to ShadowPlay and I'd like to be able to go back to it.

Do you overclock? CPU/GPU?

MSI GTX 980 Ti

Using onboard overclock button on BIOS for my MSI Z87 GD65 Motherboard. Only overclock I'm using for GPU is fan speed in Precision X.

Can you remove the OC? The fan isn't an overclock by the way.

I disabled the OC Genie and it's still happening. It happens the SECOND I turn on ShadowPlay recording(whether it's the passive recording or direct recording). Computer freezes for 3-5 seconds then blue screens and restarts.
