Unknown ability of build.

I came up with this build, with the following in mind: Playing games such as The Division, H1Z1 (both), Dead by Daylight, and LoL. I was wondering if someone could tell me what settings I would need to have EACH game at to achieve 144 fps. Also if there's anything about my build that you could advise me on, that would be great. I am open to all suggestions and recommendations. Thanks.

LoL wont be an issue, you might have to turn down settings to high if you want 144 FPS though in the other games. You can get OEM windows keys off kinguin for $15.

Only 1080p?

That's quite a high budget to still only be going for a stock cooler.

If they're a student they could also get a free Windows 8.1 key here: https://catalog.imagine.microsoft.com/en-US/Catalog/Product/82

Yes sir, only 1080p.

Why?

What's the point of getting a 1080p 180Hz 1ms screen?

I would like to get as much fps as possible. I will be doing some competitive gaming, also the monitor I chose is quite cheap for G-Sync, but I won't be buying it at that price, waiting for it to go on sale. I don't think the GTX 1060 could achieve 144fps+ on 1440p.
