can this cpu run all my games

i want to run just cause 3, beam.ng, gmod, i think there is an way to oc by updating to ur old bios, but how, and  i using  xeon 2670 . i am worried the 2.6 ghz wont  be able to run jc3

It'd be fine. Low frequency doesn't really affect the playability of games in terms of 'can you start it or not'.
