i dont know what to choose.

So, sometimes i want to build a pc, but sometimes i think of saving my money.

i already have a PS4 

and a Dell Inspirion 15 7559 which has a gtx 960m running games at 1080p low - med settings

So im stuck between should i build a gaming pc or what?

Keep in mind that i have education overseas so means that i would travel between my country to the other country, (not telling what country)

when i travel( 2 months Holiday - i travel back to my country) (after 2 months i go away for 10 weeks) (after 10 weeks i travel back to my country, for 2 weeks) (after 2 weeks i go away for another 10 weeks) ( After 10 weeks i travel back to my country for 3 weeks) (after 3 weeks i  go away for another 10 weeks) (After 10 weeks i travel back to my country for 2 weeks) (After 2 weeks i go away for 8 weeks) (after 8 weeks i travel back to my country for 2 Months) (Repeat- Repeat................)

I think you should wait until you are done with your education.
