Building a new PC with old GPU [Budget Build]

[Note: The place where I live have higher priced components than usual]

So in my earlier post I said that my core i7 3770k temperatures have been going really high, turns out there is an issue in it as I tested my friend's i7 3770k in my PC and the temperatures were fine, so I am going to be building a new PC but to keep the budget I will stay with my old GTX 760 Amp Edition. Feel free to post component changes.

CPU: Core i7 6700 [non K as that was 550$ while this one is 350$ and I don't really do overclocking]

GPU: Nvidia GTX 760 Amp Edition [You can however go with AMD R9 480 8GB or GTX 1060 6GB]

RAM: Kingston HyperX fury 8GB DDR4 2133Mhz HX421C14FB/8 [Costs 42$]

Motherboard: Asus H110-D [Costs 74$][This is where I need help as I am not an expert with motherboards, If you know of one which supports 2400Mhz RAM and is MicroATX please be sure to tell me]

Cabinet: Going to use my old one but I might go with new one if I require

PSU: Cooler Master B600 [Already have this, non modular and costs 50$]

GPU change will happen in the future when my current one is not able to run most of the AAA games at 1080p@40FPS with 2nd highest graphics preset.

Total Cost: 466$ [Not counting the PSU and GPU as these are old parts which I already have]

You might need a CPU cooler

Or you can use the stock cooler (disgusting)

Or get the Cryorig C7
