Highly dependent on your own card.

I would say to keep pushing it until the card gets too hot or begins to artifact/become unstable, then dial it back a bit. find a good stable clock speed and your golden.

CPU: R5 3600 @ 4.4 GHz

RAM: 16GB DDR4 @ 3200 MHz

GPU: RTX 2080 Super

When overclocking test it on unigine valley benchmark and your main games to ensure its stablility:D
