Wireless adapter for gaming

Hi,

 

If I would buy the following https://www.amazon.com/D-Link-Systems-AC1900-Adapter-DWA-192/dp/B00PVDM6W6, is it good enough to sustain  long hours of gaming that requires constant internet connection, or am I better of purchasing an adapter that installs on the motherboard and if so any ideas which could be best in that regard?

For that price I'd definitely buy an add in card but in fact it probably won't matter

Dont cheap out on this because i did before and ended up returning multiple products to the shop. Lost around 70$ in restocking fee in the end after that ordeal.

The other option I had in mind was this https://www.amazon.com/ASUS-802-11AC-Wireless-AC3100-Adapter-PCE-AC88/dp/B01H9QMOMY/ref=pd_sim_147_2?ie=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=JZR951ZAAACE1Z4T8Z8K . The idea is that I don't mind spending a bit more, but I definitely want something that provides good performance while at the same time being viable and feasible.

the card seems good from its spec and review. Take a shot at it ?

good in spec that is the highits end WiFi adapter out there atm

Highest end doesnt mean anything other than being pricy. Whether it is actually a solid product is up for debate, but considering the review, it shouldn't be bad.
