So I have a max budget of around 350-400 Cad$ i want to do light gaming (Csgo Gmod Arma2) and some light audio editing (Audio Sound)

Those games shouldn't take a lot of space, so you should get a ssd instead of a hard drive. I'd also put some more budget in your cpu since CS:Go is a cpu bound game.

I recommend upgrading the cpu, 2 cores without hyperthreading might not preform very well, However for these applications you may not see a problem. Quick question, do you already have a power supply?

the a10 has r7 graphics which can run league at around 75 fps at 1440p - the rest is just as cheap as possible
