With that mobo, are you literally sorting by price and choosing the most expensive one? More expensive parts are not always better. With motherboards, unless you are planning on using the bells and whistles the more expensive models have, you're wasting money. 9 times out of 10, you don't need to spend more than $150 on the motherboard because they do all you need them to.

The Titan X you have selected is the older model which is bettered by the GTX 1080. You don't need 4 way SLI anyway, as SLI has diminishing returns.

Don't get 5400rpm HDDs. They are really slow, and 7200rpm is much quicker for not much more. For a PC which is basically breaking the bank already, there is literally no reason to go with a 5400rpm.

With the OS, it's the same situation as the mobo. The most major difference between Win10 Home and Win10 Pro, and other versions of Windows, are the features. If you're not planning to use the additional features Pro has that Home doesn't, you're wasting money.

And finally, remember that you don't have to spend every dollar you can on the PC. You can set aside some for things other than this PC, like vacations, quality of life improvements, or set it aside in case something unfortunate happens.

We're all weird. Just in our own, unique way.
