You want a online server right, now just a local network one. You'll need to port forward or go find a service like hamachi to do that, although, not hamachi, hamachi is awful

I am good at computer

Forward port 7777 (IIRC) and then simply start up the game and select "Multiplayer", then "Host & Play", followed by the character you would like to use, and finally the world you'd like to play on.

Find your public IP (Google-ing "ip" works), and send it to whoever you would like to have join your game server. If you set a password you'll obviously need to send it to them as well.
